  • 5th Element Safety
  • High depower, C-Design kitesurfing kite that really performs

Tuned for direct bar feel and constant power to give you confidence when loading up your edge, unhooking, kite-looping and throwing powered kitesurfing tricks & jumps.

north RebelNorth Kiteboarding Rebel '08 - Freeride / Wave Surfing Kite

  • Big depower
  • Good wind range
  • Light Bar Feel
  • Direct Steering
  • 5th Element Safety
  • Re-launch Bungee
  • Load Distribution Panels
  • Power Profile

The Rebel is the definitive free-ride Kitesurfing kite.

Equally at home in the hands of Kitesurfing wave riding junkies or flat water fiends, the Rebel is a kite that simply works in all conditions.

Smooth, predictable power development and reduced sheeting force will give you confidence to push your kitesurfing to new levels or simply cruise with comfort and ease.

Direct sheeting allows you to instantly turn on the power when you need it for lofty jumps or driving bottom-turns while total de-power lets you instantly sheet out to shut off the power for vertical off-the-tops.

Reactive steering and a direct feel lets you know exactly where the kite is flying

The Rebel is soft and yet powerful enough to get you up and going in light winds, yet remains nice & stable when the wind picks up.

Excellent steering even with the kite de-powered makes it easy to keep the kite flying overhead and positioned precisely where you want it as you set up for your next off the lip, so it's no secret why the Rebel is our team's number one choice in the surf.

A slight increase in Leading Edge sweep together with the addition of re-launch bungies to the back pigtails prevents line snags and makes re-launching the Rebel easier than ever.

Sizes: 6, 7, 9, 12, 14, 16 (Although better in smaller sizes!)

Fast and efficient, the Rhino has excellent upwind performance and direct bar feedback. The Rhino’s deep canopy profile, supported by North’s patented Cam Battens, is packed with extra power to deliver ultimate low-end grunt in light wind conditions.

Mind-blowing lift and hang time makes the new Rhino North Kitesurfing's best jumping kite to date.

The Rhino’s ability to completely de-power makes it easy to set up and pull the trigger for huge lofty airs that may not be suitable for the average user.

North kitesurfing's patented 2 Pump inflation system makes rigging quick and simple. Bridle-less line connections and 5th Element system give you added simplicity and safety.
