Ras Sudr, Egypt is located about 80 km south of the Suez Canal mouth (the waterway linking the Mediterranean with the Gulf of Aden).

• The best Kitesurfing spot is located about 300m upwind of the KiteSurf centre

• The other Club Mistral Windsurfing centre is a good 15 mins on walk along the beach from the Creative Green Sudr Resort at the Ramada Ras Sudr Hotel

Amenities & facilities:

• The Creative Green Hotel has 136 rooms
• The spacious hotel has a large lobby with a 24 hour bar, reception, restaurant with wide terrace, roof terrace, billiard room, three conference rooms, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, swimming pool with pool and snack bar
• Children are well catered for with a playground and large, separate kids pool
• During the day, cool drinks are available at the beach bar
• Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style
• There is a fitness centre, with sauna and spa

The Ramada Ras Sudr resort, with its spacious grounds, is situated about 10km south of the small town of Ras Sudr and about 80 km south of the Suez Canal


Amenities & facilities:
The bungalow-style resort has 179 units and villas
A large fresh-water pool with separate children's pools, wide terrace and snack bar provides an inviting setting for relaxation
The restaurant is in the Ramada Hotel's main building itself
The hotel's lounge bar and mini-market are also located in this main building
In the summer months, the terrace of the main building is used to expand the seating space of the restaurant. From here, you can enjoy the superb view over the entire resort down to the beach Down on the beach there is a snack bar

Getting to Ras Sudr, Egypt:

Fly to either Cairo International Airport (CAI) (recommended) or Sharm El Sheikh Ophira Airport (SSH)
Major airlines offer scheduled flights to Cairo International Airport daily from almost every European country. Charter companies also fly to Cairo and fares are reasonably priced. Transfers from Cairo take about 2 - 2.5 hours
Sharm el Sheik Airport is predominantly used by charter companies of the major tour operators
Flights are frequent and quite reasonably priced. The down side is that transfers from Sharm el Sheik take about 3.5 - 4 hours
